Comfy bed, amazing pillows. Great breakfast with minor issue. Convenient location. Courteous and helpful staff. Was excellent. Super clean room. Fabulous M Lounge experience. The hotel was in an very nice location, close to everything I needed in the Docklands. It was within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shops, and even a play center for kids. The waterfront was also nearby, providing a beautiful view. The hotel facilities were great, with a fantastic rooftop pool and a spa with a perfect temperature, even in cold weather. The staff was accommodating and lovely, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the buffet breakfast was delicious.

Luxury and exclusivity is what I needed for my weekend getaway, and this hotel completely fulfilled my desires. the outdoor heated rooftop pool with sun loungers and steam room were amazing. the restaurant had delicious in-room breakfast and special diet menus. My room had exclusive amenities that made my stay even better. the staff provided top-notch service. All of this was complemented by the great location advantages.
The only minor issue was that the rooftop pool was smaller than expected, but it still had stunning views. this hotel was luxurious and worth the experience.

Clean rooms. Highlight: Infinity pool with good weather. Lovely staff, especially Louise and Jacob. Great facilities - gym and rooftop pool. Ideal location: quiet yet close to city with nearby trams and restaurants by pier. Tech-savvy room with ample toiletries. Excellent overall experience.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and clean room with a spacious bathroom and a great shower booth. The pool, although smaller than expected, had a nice view. Despite some minor issues, the hotel had a nice ambiance overall.
